Ellie Luce

Ellie has an extensive background in technology and consulting, with a broad base of business experience, supported by education at Harvard’s Graduate School of Business (PMD 30). She is currently an advisor to The Comb Group, and an executive team member in several forming startups. She has served as Vice President of Professional Services for four startups, most notable was the very successful IPO of MetaSolv Software in 1999. Additionally she has had roles as General Manager of a Sybase Division, VP of software development at MCI and Director of Information Systems for Olin Corp. Her early career was at Reader’s Digest with responsibilities for Customer Service, software development, international business and auditing. She has received a Smithsonian award for Innovation and has had a Harvard Business School case written about her introduction of new technology at MCI.

Bost Partners brings a vast background in mergers, acquisitions, and cross industry financial and real estate development projects to bear for The Comb Group. Bost Partners started with extensive real estate development projects in Albuquerque and California and acquired experience in the hospitality industry before discovering a flair for highly specialized financial services. They have conducted business in most countries of the world.

Bost Partners share their skills and wealth of experience with the World Financial Access Center team – over thirty years of experience in private investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, private placements, currency and commercial paper trading, and commodity and stock exchange.

Their legendary expertise with national development structured financing project funding programs is the result of many years of developing loyal client and banking relationships, rapid, precise, and comprehensive financial analysis, and superb negotiation and excellent follow-through skills. They also perform trustee services and are a valued member of many groups.
