Comb Group Announces Clear PotentialTM Release Availability

 

R-01 Expected to heighten awareness of the possibility of affordable Call Center Based Performance Management Tools

 

DALLAS - January 2, 2007 - With the Call Center Demo and Conference set in Austin, Texas just thirty (30) days away, Comb Group Advisors L.L.P. announced immediate availability of the Contact Center specific Performance Management tool called Clear PotentialTM (R-01), enabling companies to cost effectively deploy performance management programs specifically within contact centers. Comb Group Advisors also announced that an Enterprise version of the tool would be available March 31, 2007, thus allowing existing customers to maximize returns across all functions.Clear PotentialTM has been deployed in several small and large enterprises and total licenses are approximately 6,000. The availability of the Clear PotentialTM product finally brings the power of automated scorecards, core competencies, and incentive management to small and mid size organizations alike.
